- Have you got a valid mental Health Qualification?
- Do you have a valid NVQ Level 4/Management Qualification?

Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading provider of services to Children and Young People. We are currently looking to recruit a Care Co-Ordinator Manager for one of their services in Cottingham.
The main purpose of a Care Co-Ordinator Manager is to:-
- Assist the manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose.
- Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager.
- Support and manage the staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
- Undertake direct work with Children and young people as appropriate.
- Be the responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints.
- Work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
- Offer supervision and support to senior staff.
The Successful Care Co-Ordinator will have at least 1 year’s supervisory experience and 12 months experience of working in a residential setting with young people.
