Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established regional care provider. The role is a Deputy Manager role, supporting the care team to understand compliance and to ensure that as a service they are providing high quality care and support. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and deputise in their absence.
The home is a 116 registered bed nursing/residential home and has a range of services under one roof, general residential, dementia residential, general nursing, dementia nursing, etc.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Deputy Manager with a detailed understanding of compliance and regulation, this role is part of our client’s succession plan as the current Registered Manager is working towards retirement in the next year.
This role is ideal for an individual who is keen to move in to a registered manager role in the future. It would also be suitable for an individual who is currently a registered manager of a smaller service with ambition to develop. A minimum Level 4 qualification is required for this role.
