Their core services are supported living, residential care and nursing services for learning disability, mental health, and physical disability. They are passionate about providing the highest quality of care to all the people they support.
The main responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- To manage the service in the absence of the Registered Service Manager
- To support the Registered Service Manager to manage all aspects of the service including staff learning and development.
- To provide professional clinical and managerial support to all members of the team.
- To order medication and undertake medication audits.
