Head of Department Private Client Solicitor

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE

Location: Sunderland

Job Type: Permanent

Are you a Private Client Solicitor  looking for the next step in your career? If so, we would be interested in having a confidential chat with you.

On behalf of our client, one of the regions leading firms of Solicitors, we are delighted to be recruiting a head of Department position within their Private Client team.  This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential for a directorship in the future.

They need someone with at least 6 years’ experience of Private Client work to include: Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration matters and Deeds of Gifts. Experience of dealing with Trusts and Court of Protection will also be an advantage.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will be responsible for the effective management of the team and reaching monthly billing target. They will also be building on the existing workloads to ensure expansion and growth of the team.

The ideal candidate will have a lively personality, and the ability to galvanise their team to achieve results. This opportunity offers hybrid and flexible working.
