Knowledge Manager
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Location: Durham

Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be helping our client, the regions largest business membership organisation, on their search for a Knowledge Manager!
The purpose of this role is to drive their knowledge programme and activities through member led insight, wider analysis and the development of creative strategies and products which deliver measurable impact.
Duties include but aren’t limited to:
- Design and deliver knowledge products including events, seminars, reports, social and traditional media content based on membership insights and wider.
- Use a range of tools and data.
- Work collaboratively with policy staff to produce insight and analysis to support members, staff, and wider stakeholders to understand and shape regional and national.
- Shape and manage the delivery of leadership work around inclusive business.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A good standard of general education e g 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Relevant degree or equivalent e g politics/business/economics/research.
- Research and interpretation
- Team leading and organisational skills
