Residential Manager

Salary: £36,500 per annum

Location: Derby

Job Type: Permanent

Gillespie Recruitment are supporting a leading supplier within the care sector to recruit an experienced Residential Manager for a 28 bed service which specializes in supporting people with physical and long term neurological conditions including Cerebral palsy, epilepsy, motor neurone disease, and head/brain injuries. 

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced residential manager that has proven turnaround experience. Also combined with strong communication skills and the ability to bring together a team to ensure the highest quality of care is given to residents.
