Salary: £24000 - £30000 p/a

Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading digital agency that provides property marketing solutions to clients on a global scale.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to their expanding team.

They are currently market leaders for property marketing solutions in Europe and their aim is to extend this service worldwide. Their global targets are very ambitious but equally exciting.

They are looking for an exceptional, highly organised, and passionate individual to manage the full project cycle for a number of clients.

The role will be working with a group of inspiring, dynamic and like-minded individuals at their offices in Hartlepool.

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the full project cycle. Your responsibility will be to plan and oversee all aspects of a project in order to successfully meet the project’s goals on time and within resource, in accordance to the specification agreed with the client.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, driven, ambitious and confident individual to join their growing team. You will be determined to succeed and you will ensure that their goals are achieved together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initiation to closure
  • Create project plans, and be dynamic & responsive to change
  • Identify risks at the commencement of the project and ensure they do not turn into issues
  • Identify blockers and work to remove these
  • Monitor projects carefully throughout the lifecycle
  • Work with third parties to progress towards the project goal(s)
  • Manage budgets, timescales and scope to a high affect
  • Manage resources using work packages
  • Focus on the agreed project outcome(s) throughout the project
  • Present oral and written reports defining plans, risks, issues and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
  • Set and meet realistic deadlines. Forecasts changes and identify critical issues
  • Create standards for projects; establish and define roles and responsibilities, specific outcomes, and clear measures for quality and success of the team
  • Ability to follow an agile or waterfall methodology depending on the project scope
  • Evaluate processes and situations while focusing on progression
  • Analyse projects on closure
  • Regularly communicate with customers
