Are you an experienced Estate/Letting Agent looking for a new challenge? Then we would like to speak to you. Gillespie Recruitment Ltd are currently working with an established Estate Agent in North Yorkshire to recruit a Valuer. The candidate will be looking to take the next step in their career and will benefit from a competitive share arrangement.
Main Duties:
- Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller’s properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
- Have a proven track record in business development
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
- Engage and support customers throughout their journey
- Build a relationship and be the customer’s key point of contact through the entire sales process
- Negotiate Sales
- Co-ordinate with the team and ensure all efforts are being made to achieve a successful sale
- Be confident in liaising with solicitors and other third parties
Requirements:
- Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
- A self -starter, able to drive themselves and the team
- A strong desire to be successful and assist in the growth of the business
- Passion and enthusiasm
- Strong valuation experience (Sales & Lettings)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Overseeing the effective running of the branch.
Salary is dependent on experience. There is a bonus structure in place. The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the property sector and the passion and focus to deliver the best service possible to our client’s customers. Experience of dealing with both sales and lettings negotiations for commercial properties would be advantageous.
