The Opportunity
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring outstanding service standards.
You’ll work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence, support team development, and help establish a strong culture within a brand-new venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Maintain exceptional service and guest experience standards.
- Support daily restaurant operations.
- Manage reservations and customer enquiries.
- Recruit, train and develop team members.
- Handle guest feedback professionally.
- Support stock control, rotas and operational procedures.
- Maintain compliance, cleanliness and service standards.
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Floor Manager.
- Background within a quality hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
