Specialist Recruitment

Our specialist recruitment service is our more traditional full-service offering whereby we work with you on the full process.

This is our most popular offering as we are on hand to give support and advice at each stage, from initial job description creation to handling employment contract signing. We have a refined process that has been tried and tested for many years we have been in the recruitment industry. The team takes the time to get to understand your business needs, office culture, and aspirations for the business. This is incredibly important as we use this knowledge to ensure we only shortlist candidates who are a good fit and don’t just have the knowledge the role requires.

We harvest CVs from various places, including our own CV Vault, and shortlist them. Every candidate is spoken to before they make the shortlist – something that does not always happen within recruitment. Then we handle the whole process from arranging interviews, handling package negotiations and contracts, and following up with references and employment checks.

Our Executive Search provision is for clients who want a more discreet and exec-level approach.

More traditionally known as ‘head-hunting’ we have placed some of the region’s top senior-level Executives in organisations of all sizes. The key to being successful with our executive search offering is in keeping relationships with our network of passive candidates. These are people who are known to us, and we have built up trust over a long time. This is key when the right role comes up. It means potential candidates can have confidence that when we suggest a role for them, we believe it’s the right thing for them, at the right time.

We don’t just put any and every role in front of them to try and gain a fee – it has to be right otherwise we lose our credibility. We won’t do that.
