The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic guidance across a broad range of tax matters while supporting the continued growth of an established advisory function.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing strategic tax planning and consultancy services.
- Advising on personal, corporate and business taxation matters.
- Identifying efficiencies and planning solutions.
- Leading complex projects from initial consultation through to delivery.
- Supporting business development and referral growth.
- Building strong professional networks and stakeholder relationships.
- Mentoring colleagues and sharing technical expertise.
- Keeping ahead of legislative developments and industry changes.
About You
- CTA qualified or qualified by experience.
- 8+ years’ experience within tax.
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple tax disciplines.
- Commercially astute and solutions focused.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.
