Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of daily meals
• Support the delivery of varied and nutritious menus
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Assist with stock control and food deliveries
• Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
• Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen, catering or hospitality environment
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Reliable and positive attitude
