About the Role
As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
The role involves delivering exceptional care and leadership skills.
The Responsibilities include:
• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered
• Oversee the induction process for new staff members, provide clinical supervision, and conduct assessments of the nursing team.
• Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, CQC/CI Standards, and internal policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Plan, direct, and execute care strategies that meet the unique needs of each resident
About You
Are you a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse with experience of working in a care home setting.
You will require to have the following skills:
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role and nursing home environment.
• Active NMC PIN.
• Right to work in the UK.
