About the Role

As the lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving a busy lettings department.

The Responsibilities include:
Communicate with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth lettings processes and have the ability to answer complex queries

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
• Manage tenancy renewals and terminations
• Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities
• Carry out weekly/monthly reviews with staff to ensure targets are achieved.

About You

Are you a motivated Lettings Manager with experience of working in a busy estate agency setting.

If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Healthcare Qualification.
• Achieve and manage KPI’s
• Right to work in the UK.
