About the Role

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of residential properties

The Responsibilities include:
• Arranging property maintenance activities and liaising with contractors
• Maintaining accurate records of property-related documentation
• Arranging property inspections and addressing any actions
• Arranging tenancy renewals and rent reviews
• Dealing with any tenant/landlord related issues
• Ensuring legal requirements are adhered to

About You

Are you a organised and logical Administrator with experience of working in a estate agency setting.

If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:

• 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communicator
• Excellent IT skills
• Clean UK Driving licence
• Right to work in the UK.
