Our client, the UK’s sole provider of an award winning reading programme is adding to their marketing team. Due to exciting growth plans we are looking to add a Digital Marketing Executive to their team.

A people-person, you will be a great communicator with an eye for detail for creative content. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, optimising digital engagement, and enhancing the customer journey. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, and digital marketing best practices to drive lead generation, customer retention and brand awareness.

The position will include –

• Design and create compelling digital marketing content.
• Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and renewals.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content using the CMS, ensuring messaging consistency and usability.
• Monitor and report on email marketing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Implement and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, retargeting, and paid social media.
• Manage the email marketing automation platform, ensuring workflows, triggers, and journeys are aligned with customer touchpoints.

You will require to have the following skills:

• Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Experience in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website content management systems.
• Experience within the education sector or working with schools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
