Our client is an established law firm serving clients across England and Wales, and with recent expansion are looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their organisation.

As the Employment Solicitor, you will have the highest standard of client care and will be able to work confidently on a varied caseload.

The role includes a varied mix of Claimant and Respondent work, including:

• Grievance and Disciplinary Proceedings.
• Unfair Dismissal.
• Redundancies.
• Discrimination and harassment.
• TUPE.
• Contracts of Employment, handbooks and policies.
• Participating in marketing and business development activities to attract growth within the employment department.

About You

Are you an Employment Solicitor with the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing? If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require to have the following skills:

• 3 years’ Post-Qualified Experience.
• Previous advocacy experience would be an advantage.
