The company prides itself on delivering an exceptional experience for guests, with a focus on fun, community, and quality.
As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting a chef to join their dynamic team! Full or part-time hours are available, with no evening shifts as the venue closes at 5pm. As the ideal candidate you must be available for weekend work and have previous experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Handle all allergy requests with care and avoid cross-contamination.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to meet customer expectations, dietary requirements, and allergy considerations.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently.
Key Criteria:
- Culinary Expertise – Proven experience in cooking, with a strong knowledge of food preparation, techniques, and presentation.
- Time Management – Capable of working efficiently under pressure, managing time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Teamwork & Leadership – Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and lead a team effectively.
- Creativity – The ability to create new menu items and specials while still maintaining brand consistency.
