As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting an IT Sales Consultant, to join their dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their businesses, challenges, and future goals.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to ascertain their IT needs and align our services accordingly.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Utilise your technical knowledge and expertise to recommend suitable IT services that align with the client’s business objectives.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to address their challenges through our IT solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads based on client interest and alignment with our service offerings.
- Nurture and build relationships, understanding when a lead is primed for passing over to our sales partners.
Key Criteria:
- IT Sales: 1 year (required).
- Tech Sales: 1 year (required).
- B2B Sales: 1 year (required).
- Proven track record in IT sales or consultancy, engaging with clients to understand their needs.
- Technical knowledge across various IT services, especially in the specified areas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to clients.
- Full UK driving licence.
