As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting a Valuer, to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create opportunities for new instructions by prospecting effectively and consistently.
• Carry out valuations for sales and lettings.
• Effectively win business.
• Follow up previous valuations with a view to securing business.
• Cross sell a range of services and products.

Key Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible approach and can-do attitude.
• Has a passion for people and property.
• Estate Agency experience (1+ year).
