As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting a Lettings Manager, to join their dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all MLIT’s are up to date inc. loading property details onto company CRM software.
- Respond to all new property enquiries in line with communication policy timeframes.
- Arrange and follow up viewings and feedback to landlords/vendors adding details to DRM software.
- Liaise with landlords on actions to take find suitable tenant ie reductions, works etc. Ensure property maintenance issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner (including CP12s, EICRs and Legionella Risk Assessments.
Key Criteria:
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Developed time management skills to ensure effective management of own resources.
- Determination to secure new business with focussed action.
- Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the business and the customer.
- Conflict resolution within own levels of authority.
