As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting Brand Manager, to join their dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support both product sales and the Academy’s subscription model.
- Own the e-commerce growth strategy, driving revenue through Amazon, Shopify, and other digital sales channels.
- Optimize performance marketing efforts (Facebook, Google, email, affiliates) to increase ROAS and customer LTV, working closely with the sales team and external agencies.
- Lead their Academy launch marketing plan, ensuring high engagement and conversion from our existing audience
- Utilize YouTube marketing as a key strategy for audience engagement and conversion growth.
Key Criteria:
- Minimum five years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing (subscription experience preferred).
- Management Skills with a preference to lead through mentoring and coaching individuals.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and high-performing marketing campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience with Amazon, Shopify, and digital sales optimization.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube marketing strategies, including content creation, audience engagement, and conversion tracking.
