The Role: Executive Assistant
Are you a detail-oriented professional who keeps everything on track? As an Executive Assistant, you’ll manage calendars, handle key communications, organize meetings, and coordinate travel – ensuring seamless support for leadership every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Organising and managing the Executives schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, often acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Management: Preparing for and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking travel, accommodations, and transportation for the executives.
- Document Management: Maintaining files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Key Criteria:
- Strong organisational and time management skills: Essential for juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate professionally with various stakeholders.
- Discretion and confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Being able to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
