About the Role

As the Client Relations Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all new client enquiries, ensuring a smooth, welcoming start to their journey. You’ll work closely with the firm’s onboarding and legal teams to convert enquiries into instructions while maintaining the highest standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries, primarily related to conveyancing services.

  • Prepare and issue accurate conveyancing quotes promptly.

  • Respond to client queries with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.

  • Ensure a high standard of client service reflecting the firm’s values.

  • Liaise with onboarding and legal teams to ensure seamless handovers.

  • Track and follow up on enquiries to maximise conversion rates.

  • Support marketing and business development initiatives through client feedback insights.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enquiry outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing or sales role, ideally in estate agency, property sales, or a similar environment.

  • Understanding of the home buying process (legal technical knowledge not required).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively.

  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Proactive, friendly, and professional approach to client service.
