About the Role
As a Legal Receptionist, you will manage the front of house operations of the office, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting clients, and supporting the administrative needs of the team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a busy switchboard and direct incoming calls professionally.

Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.

Prepare and set up meeting rooms, including organising refreshments.

Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently.

Support the office team with general administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.

Excellent telephone manner and professional attitude.

Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.

Strong time-keeping and organisational skills.

Proficient in MS Outlook and other standard office software.

Friendly, approachable, and professional in all interactions.
