The Role
As Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving both new and existing business. You’ll manage customer relationships, generate new opportunities, and oversee the full sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion.
This is a fully office‑based role suited to someone who thrives in a proactive sales environment and enjoys working towards clear targets within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across multiple markets
- Proactively contacting prospective customers through outbound calls and other channels
- Following up on inbound enquiries and marketing‑generated leads
- Working towards and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Managing and growing an existing client base
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Handling queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Sales Administration & Coordination
- Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders
- Managing invoices and proformas
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth production and delivery
- Coordinating the dispatch of marketing materials and product information

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
