Key Responsibilities:
- You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team.
- You will Drive and motivate your team.
- You will have a keen eye on driving new business initiatives.
- You will actively prospect for new business.
- You will conduct market appraisals for both sales and lettings properties.
- You will report figures regularly and strive to exceed KPI’s.
Key Criteria:
- Estate agency experience (2 years+).
- Staff management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
