This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially aware professional to play a pivotal role in coordinating partnership initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio. The Role
As a Collaboration Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering collaborative projects, managing stakeholder engagement, and supporting governance activities across multiple workstreams.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines project management, relationship building, governance support, and strategic coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered effectively, deadlines are met, and stakeholder expectations are exceeded.
As projects evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to take greater ownership by leading discussions, chairing meetings, and helping shape the direction of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and delivering collaborative projects and partnership initiatives
- Preparing reports, project updates, recommendations, and governance documentation
- Supporting and chairing project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder forums
- Maintaining project plans, action logs, risk registers, and decision trackers
- Monitoring project progress, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple workstreams
- Conducting research and gathering stakeholder feedback to support project planning and delivery
- Supporting the continuous improvement of project processes, templates, and governance systems
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders
- Managing project documentation and ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members to help projects run efficiently and effectively
- Working closely with senior leadership to drive successful project outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Collaboration Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Partnership Manager, Stakeholder Engagement, Programme Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience managing or coordinating projects, programmes, partnerships, or stakeholder-led initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience supporting or chairing meetings and managing actions through to completion
- Excellent written communication, reporting, and presentation skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
