This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a busy residential property team, managing a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client service.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, new-build and shared ownership transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
• Providing expert legal advice throughout the conveyancing process
• Building strong client and professional relationships
• Supporting business development and referral generation activities

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification
• 2 to 5 years’ residential conveyancing experience
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational and IT skills
• Commercial awareness and a positive, proactive approach
