Gillespie Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation in the online education space to recruit a talented Digital Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on performance, experimentation and impact.

You’ll play a key role in shaping multi-channel digital marketing activity, owning paid media performance and supporting SEO growth—helping drive engagement, leads and long-term digital success.

The role

• Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display and Performance Max)

• Leading paid social activity across Meta platforms, with scope to explore emerging channels

• Supporting SEO through audits, on-page optimisation and keyword strategy

• Analysing performance data to uncover insights and opportunities for growth

• Building dashboards and reports using GA4 and Looker Studio

• Testing ad creative, copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align digital activity with wider objectives

Essential experience

• Experience working in a digital marketing role with exposure to PPC, paid social or SEO

• Confident using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action

• Understanding of SEO best practice and website optimisation

• Experience using GA4, Looker Studio and Tag Manager (or similar tools)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
