Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, an established solicitor firm in the North East, for their search for a Legal Cashier!
This role requires a someone who has Excellent communication and organisational skills who is also able to work alone and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bank reconciliations
• Sales and purchase ledger input and reconciliation
• Input HMLR/HMCTS invoices
• VAT Returns
• Petty Cash input/ reconciliation
• General ledger queries
You must have proven experience working in a law firm as a finance officer, and be knowledgeable and competent with the use of Leap and Xero along with IT Skills using Outlook, Word, CMS and Excel.
You must also have at least 5 GCSE’s grades A-C including English and Maths.
