Building on the success of their current product range, they have exciting plans for further expansion and are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Inventory Coordinator to join their dynamic team!

The Role: Inventory Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for logistics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, optimizing processes and ensuring seamless operations? In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing inventory levels, collaborating with suppliers, and streamlining supply chain efficiency to meet customer demand. You’ll work closely with e-Commerce and Sales teams, using data-driven insights to forecast inventory needs and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities of an Inventory Coordinator:

  • Create Inbound Shipments across multiple channels and marketplaces.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records in Excel trackers including weekly data collection [Monday figures].
  • Reconcile shipments at destination marketplaces (Amazon, B2C warehouses).
  • Monitor shipment & container timings and communicate receiving delays.
  • Carry out regular stock balance checks in Excel trackers plus third-party systems.
  • Identify and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Check and coordinate all shipping documentation for accuracy and completion, including sharing with relevant third parties.
  • Amazon data metrics and applying that knowledge/experience to support decision making.

Key Criteria:

  • Knowledge/practical experience of Unleashed Inventory system.
  • Confident and highly competent with numbers and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent Analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and achieve deadlines.
