This opportunity is ideal for confident sales professionals who enjoy outbound calling, lead generation and target-driven environments, while benefiting from flexibility and genuine rewards.
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for:
- Generating and qualifying new sales leads through outbound calling and networking
- Engaging potential customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Building strong rapport using a professional, consultative sales approach
- Accurately capturing customer data and progressing qualified leads
- Working towards clear daily KPIs and sales performance targets
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-energy sales and lead generation team
Successful candidates will have:
- Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, outbound sales or cold calling
- Confident, clear and professional telephone manner
- Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
