Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, an established solicitor firm in the North East, for their search for a Legal Secretary!
This role requires a someone who has Excellent communication and organisational skills who is also able to work alone and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with document preparation
• Carry out other office duties such as reception, scanning, photocopying, call handling and post.
You must have proven experience working in a law firm as a Legal Secretary, and be knowledgeable and competent with IT Skills using Outlook, Word, CMS and Excel.
You must also have at least 5 GCSE’s grades A-C including English and Maths.
