About the Role

As Lettings Manager, you will join a small but experienced team, based primarily in the Blyth office, with occasional time spent in the Ashington office. You will take ownership of all aspects of the lettings business, with a focus on maximising revenue, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and growing the branch’s presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiating sales and lettings with landlords and tenants.
• Updating clients on the progress of their properties.
• Conducting property viewings and inspections.
• Generating new business through leads, appraisals, and networking.
• Working towards and exceeding set targets for revenue, lettings, and new instructions.
• Preparing and managing paperwork and compliance documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in the property industry, ideally in lettings or estate agency.
• Highly organised with strong time-management skills.
• Computer literate with confidence using property management systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
