The Role
As a key member of the administration team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Mortgage and Protection Advisers by ensuring a smooth and efficient application process for clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients daily, offering friendly and professional support.
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from clients, lenders, and conveyancers.
- Progressing mortgage applications through the underwriting process.
- Carrying out compliance-related tasks.
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Liaising with solicitors to support the client journey.
- Providing general administrative support as required.

- Experience in mortgage administration or within a financial services environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a personable and professional approach.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll currently be working in a similar role and have at least 1 years’ experience in mortgage or financial services administration.
You’re methodical, dependable, and take pride in offering exceptional support both to clients and your team.
