The Role
As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality private client legal services. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and building long-term client relationships.
You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, providing clear, compassionate, and practical legal advice throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from start to finish
- Drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and trust documentation
- Handling probate and estate administration matters
- Providing clear, empathetic, and professional advice to clients
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider team
About You
- Previous experience in a private client fee earning role (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal)
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing a busy caseload independently
- Professional, approachable, and proactive in your approach
