Our client is an established law firm serving clients across England and Wales, and with recent expansion are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their organisation.

As the Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of matters, ranging from wills, trusts and estate planning to complex probate cases. You will also play a vital role in fostering client relationships and contributing to the growth of the firm’s private client practice.

The responsibilities include:

• Handling a wide range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, asset protection trusts and other complex arrangements, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate planning, ensuring high standards of client care.
• Building and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Managing probate applications, estate administration, and complex cases.
• Participating in marketing and business development activities to attract growth within the private client department.
