With expansion underway, they are looking for a dedicated Registered Residential Childcare Manager to lead a children’s home, support a professional team, and make a real difference in young lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of care staff.
• Allocate key workers and foster effective consultation across the home.
• Maintain and monitor high standards of care and compliance.
• Handle complaints and concerns professionally.
• Work closely with social workers, families, and other stakeholders.
• Champion a safe, inclusive, and supportive culture for staff and children.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare.
• At least 1 year of management experience within a children’s home.
• Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Motivated, proactive, and committed to making a positive impact.
