Gillespie Recruitment is partnering with a forward-thinking creative marketing agency to find an experienced Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for a socially native leader who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution across B2C and B2B clients.
You’ll take ownership of social media strategy, content direction and performance, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns.
The role

Leading day-to-day delivery of social media retainers and campaigns

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on social strategy, planning and best practice

Overseeing social content output, approvals and campaign development
-
Planning and delivering regular social content shoots
-
Driving innovation through trend-led, social-first thinking
-
Leading social media reporting, measurement and performance tracking
-
Ensuring alignment across owned, earned and paid social activity
Essential experience
-
Proven experience managing social media strategy across multiple platforms
-
Strong understanding of community building and social commerce
-
Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action

Experience managing influencer activity and brand partnerships

Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
