Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations
• Conduct rolling property inspections to maintain standards
• Manage compounds, vacant property security, and risk reduction
• Work with retained agents on business rates appeals
• Maintain accurate property records in Qube
• Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Real Estate, Commercial Estate Management, or similar
• MRICS qualified with 2+ years PQE
• Commercial property management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence + flexibility to travel nationwide
• Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
