As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting a valuer, to join their dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team.
- You will follow up on valuations and any new business opportunities and have a keen eye for new business generation.
- You will work to targets around listings and conversion rates.
- You will actively prospect for new business.
- You will monitor business generation and targets for your branch.
- You will carry out sales and lettings valuations.
Key Criteria:
- Estate agency experience (2 years).
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to close a sale.
