This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, charismatic, and driven individual with proven experience in property valuations and business generation.

The Role

As a Valuer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving instructions and property listings. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate valuations, winning new business, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out professional property valuations for both sales and lettings

• Creating opportunities for new instructions through consistent prospecting

• Preparing detailed marketing materials and online property listings

• Following up previous valuations to convert leads into instructions

• Winning new business and building lasting client relationships

• Cross-selling related property services and products

• Staying informed about the local property market and competitors

About You

You’ll be a confident communicator with a passion for property and people, and a proven ability to win business in a competitive market. You’ll thrive on achieving results and delivering exceptional service.

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator

• A strong record in securing new instructions and closing deals

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

• A proactive, target-driven approach with a focus on success

• Knowledge of the local property market (Seaham and surrounding areas)

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
