The role
- Handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters from start to finish.
- Advise clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate.
- Work on land development projects and commercial leasing matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Commercial Property team.
Essential experience
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Property.
- Exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property transactions.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
