Working closely with senior leadership and technical teams, you’ll take ownership of the bid process from identifying opportunities through to submission, helping secure exciting projects across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate PQQs, SQs, tenders and framework applications.
• Monitor procurement portals and identify new business opportunities.
• Create compelling, compliant and high-quality tender submissions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop winning bid strategies.
• Maintain and update bid content, case studies and supporting documentation.
• Analyse bid performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Support responses relating to social value, sustainability and community impact.
• Contribute to wider business development and growth initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience in Bid Coordination, Bid Management or Proposal Management.
• A proven track record of producing successful tender submissions.
• Exceptional written communication and editing skills.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and tender processes.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and Adobe InDesign.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Commercially aware and confident in making bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Experience within architecture, planning, engineering, construction or professional services would be advantageous.
