Our client, an established and rapidly growing property business with multiple branches across the North East, is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Branch Manager to lead a successful Sales and Lettings office in Prudhoe.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of a busy Sales and Lettings branch. You’ll lead from the front, motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets while delivering an outstanding service to vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants.

This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, target-focused, and eager to make a genuine impact within a growing and supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales and lettings team
• Drive new business generation and local market growth
• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor branch performance and achieve key business targets
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the property journey
• Produce regular reports and analyse branch performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within Estate Agency, ideally in a Branch Manager, Senior Valuer, Valuation Manager, Sales Manager, or Assistant Branch Manager role
• Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience working to and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially driven
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Working Hours

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• One Saturday in every three (9:00am – 1:00pm)
