The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
You’ll be involved in everything from front-of-house and client interaction to event coordination, facilities support, and administration — making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse workload.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Front of House
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Managing enquiries and maintaining accurate CRM records
Events & Bookings
- Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, and events
- Supporting event planning and promotion alongside marketing teams
- Managing room setup and clear-down
Operations & Administration
- Providing general administrative and operational support
- Supporting invoicing, payments, and arrears tracking
- Assisting with day-to-day business centre operations
Facilities & Compliance
- Supporting building maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Coordinating approved works and reporting issues
- Assisting with Health & Safety processes and compliance
Additional Responsibilities
- Representing the organisation at networking events
- Supporting wider team activities and providing cover when required
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment.
You’ll be confident managing multiple tasks, delivering excellent customer service, and adapting to the varied demands of the role.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive mindset
Desirable
- Basic understanding of IT or telecoms systems
- Experience in a similar operational, administrative, or customer-facing role
